These past several months OAPA has been completing a very successful Free Paint program.
Among the criteria, was “first come first serve” and the potential for aesthetic impact. As of the December 1st 2018 deadline, we received applications for 38 properties!
Due to the overwhelming response to our paint mini grant program, funds were depleted sooner than anticipated. 16 properties were awarded the paint grant.
We are actively pursuing new sources of funding for this program and will hold all deferred applications for consideration when and if we receive money to continue this mini-grant opportunity.
We will continue to keep residents informed of any new rounds of our paint grant program pending new funding availability.
